Bruce County is accepting grant applications for its Community Grant program until June 1st.
The grant is a way to support not-for-profits, registered charities, volunteer groups or an affiliate or community club in the area.
There is both a short-form for requests of up to $5,000 and long-form for those over that amount.
The streams available include Economic Prosperity & Innovation, Cultural Enhancement & Diversity and General Social Enrichment Programs or Events.
The grants should not be considered a primary source of assistance and approved grants are only available for projects or initiatives open & accessible to all community members.
