The Huron County OPP took on Central Huron Secondary Students in a friendly game of ball hockey yesterday.

The fun filled match took place at the Eastlink Arena in Clinton and was well attended.

Both teams gave it there all, and after a tough 3 periods and some questionable timekeeping by students, the final score was debatable depending on who you ask.

The real winner was the Huron County Food Bank who received a load of non-perishable food items which were collected from the students and officers.

Constable Craig Soldan of the Huron OPP says anytime they can interact with the local youth in a fun way, it’s very positive for both.
