The Kincardine Family Health Team and the Municipality of Kincardine announced that April Nicholls has accepted a full-time Nurse Practitioner position with the Family Health Team starting this month.
She will join the existing Nurse Practitioner to operate & support the Kincardine Family Health Team’s programs and services, including the Same-Day Appointment Clinic.
She has extensive experience serving geriatric populations, including a past role as a Nurse Practitioner in a Geriatric Emergency Medicine program.
She has also provided Heart Failure Management through a specialist clinic.
