Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund donates 156th Life Saving Defibrillator at Sunday’s Event

Device donated to the Brussels Optimist Club in memory of Private Albert Bolton, a WWI veteran who died as a result of injuries from the war in 1926.

The Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund shared word of its 156th donation of a lifesaving defibrillator.

The presentation was part of its Run Around the Square event in Downtown Goderich on Sunday, May 14th.

It saw over 300 runners take part and raise money by running around the Square.

The Device, from Rescue 7, was donated to the Brussels Optimist Club and is in memory of Private Albert Bolton, a WWI veteran who died as a result of injuries from the war in 1926.

Organizers thanked all the runners and volunteers who made the event Sunday possible.
