Bruce Power released its 2023 Sustainability Report to mark World Environment Day yesterday.
The report highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to having a positive impact in the local community and in supporting provincial & federal carbon-reduction goals.
The report covers the company’s environmental, social, and governance commitments, and focuses on 28 key performance indicators that are monitored annually.
In August of last year, Bruce Power received its 3rd straight ESG risk rating which showed-year-over-year strong & improving performance while maintaining a low-risk rating.
It ranked the company withing the top-3 in is sub industry and in the top three percent in the utility industry.
