A Kitchener resident has been charged after a search warrant was executed by Multijurisdictional Community Street Crimes Units recently at a Fernwood Place residence in Kitchener.
Illicit drugs were seized including fentanyl, meth and crack cocaine with a street value of over $90,000.
Additional property seized with a value of over $220,000 included gold & silver bars and a stolen firearm.
The 39-year-old male faces a series of charges including possession of schedule 1 substances, careless storage of a firearm, unauthorized possession and contrary to prohibition orders.
The operation was undertaken by Street Crimes Units including Huron Perth, Wellington, Grey Bruce, Brant and Elgin-Middlesex as well as the Tactics & Rescue, Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit as well as Waterloo Regional Police.
