Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound Home sales increased 14% in May versus 2022

Stats show 301 homes were sold in the month, with a total value of just over $196 million dollars.

Home sales in Grey, Bruce and Owen Sound saw a 14 pecent increase year over year last month.

The recently released stats for May show that 301 homes were sold in the month, with a total value of just over $196 million dollars.

This is an increase of 5% versus the total value of sales in May of 2022.

In the month the average home sale price was $651,698.

This is a decline of 7.8% year over year.

It is also a decline of just under 2% from April of this year.

There were 576 new listings in May with the median days on market for sold listings sitting at 27 days.

This is up from 12 days last year.
