The Avon Maitland District School Board notified parents with children at Howick Central, Hullet Central and Huron Centennial Public Schools of a chance in before and after school programs.
In the letter distributed to parents it advises that the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario is no longer providing the services before and after school service starting this fall.
The Board undertook a search for a replacement partner for the car but was unable to secure a new provider.
AMDSB is now seeking the public’s help in searching for a provider of before and after school programming.
