Huron-Kinloss distribute $147,000 to 20 Recipients of Community Well-Being Program

Recipients funded must have a product or service that provides a positive impact on the community and are run by the local organizations in the Township.

The Township of Huron-Kinloss has announced the recipients of its 2023 Community Well-Being Program funding.

It provides funding for products & services that will have a positive impact on the community and are run by local organizations in the Township.

Some of the 20 organizations set to receive funding include $10,000 to South Kinloss Presbyterian for a New Chair Lift, the same to the Lucknow Legion for a Furnace Replacement, just over $9,000 to the Ripley Curling Club for Accessibility Projects and Youth Curling Supplies, and just over $5,3000 to the Lucknow Lawn Bowling Club for Outdoor Safety Improvements.

In total they distributed a total of $147,000 this year.
