The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a North York driver with impaired operation after an officer on a Bicycle stopped them Sunday afternoon.
Police were conducting a ride program in South Bruce Peninsula when the 29-year-old entered around 3:21 pm.
They were arrested and charged after officers determined they had consumed alcohol.
In addition to the operation while impaired 80 plus charge they also were charged with being a novice driver with a blood alcohol level above zero.
The accused is set to appear in an Owen Sound court at a later date to answer to the charges.
