The Blyth Kids Club has seen its programming made free thanks to a generous donation from the Blyth Legion.

The donation of $1,000 by the Legion means that activities such as Soccer, Ball Hockey, Games & Crafts Night and their Roller Blade Party will no longer need an admission fee paid to take part.

The group holds their events at the Blyth Arena, the Soccer Fields next to the Ball Diamonds and at Lions Park in Blyth.

The group is planning other fundraising events to generate funds in hopes to continue making their programming free-for-all to attend.
