The South Bruce Grey Health Centre is temporarily closing both the Durham Emergency Department and the Walkerton Emergency Department due to staffing shortages.
The Durham ED will close Friday afternoon at 5pm and re-open on Monday, July 31st at 7 am.
The Walkerton ED will close on Sunday, July 30th at 5pm and re-open Monday, July 31st at 7am.
An ambulance by-pass will be undertaken to divert patients to the nearest open Emergency Department.
Anyone requiring immediate medical attention should call 911 or be taken to the nearest ED.
