Bruce County offering CAAP funding for helping keep area kids Active & Involved

It provides funds for families with gross income of less than $49,466 & assists with the costs of activities such as school trips, nutrition programs, extra-curriculars, Scouts/Embers and more.

Bruce County believes in ensuring children are able to participate in thing such as extracurricular activities, school nutrition programs, and cultural and skill development building activities through its Child Activity Assistance Program.

The program provides funds for families with a gross income of less than $49,466.

It assists with the costs of activities such as school trips, nutrition programs, extra-curricular activities, arts & culture programs, Scouts/Embers and more. ‘

The subsidy is available for dependent children living at home who are under the age of 18.

The maximum CAAP funding is $500 per year per child.

Applicants must be a Canadian Citizen and a resident of Bruce County.
