The Municipality of West Grey is holding a Public Meeting tomorrow afternoon at 2pm to discuss proposals for draft plans of subdivision.
The locations being discussed are surrounding the Durham Road West area near College Street North.
The Roseate Development would see a total of 88 townhouse units built in 13 blocks with a future development block of a possible 3-4 storey apartment building of 60-80 units & possible commercial or 20 plus townhouse units.
The Khanani Subdivision would see 132 residential units, including 67 townhouses and 65 single residential units.
The Public Meeting will offer more information on the project including Draft Plans of Subdivision, Servicing Report, Environmental & Traffic Impact Studies and more.
The meeting is at the West Grey Municipal Office in Council Chambers.
