The Municipality of Kincardine is set to see the return of No Parking on municipal streets overnight from 2 to 6 am beginning November 1st and lasting until April 30th, 2024.
The reason for the restriction is that vehicles parked on municipal property interfere with snow removal.
Anyone caught parking in a restricted area will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
They also advise it is an offence to deposit snow on the roadway.
The Highway Traffic Act prohibits it without permission in writing to do so from the Ministry or area road authority.
