The Lucknow Kinsmen and Kinette Club have celebrated their 50th Anniversary.
Held last Saturday and the Lucknow Community Centre, the celebration was well attended with over 180 people including current members, past presidents, dignitaries and reps from other Kinsmen Clubs in mid-western Ontario.
The Lucknow Kinsmen, having been around since 1973 host Music in the Fields, Summerfest, the Dungannon Super Pull and Derby among other large events.
From 2011-2014, the Kinsmen club has donated over $474,000 to local hospitals, $250,000 to Cystic Fibrosis while bringing in over $31,000 for food banks.
