Home sales across Grey and Bruce were down when compared to numbers a year ago.
82 units were sold last month according to numbers from the Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound a massive drop of 23.4 per cent from December 2022.
The benchmark price of a home was set at $548,600 last month with the comprehensive annual average price being $640,044.
There were 152 new listings last month, a leap of 55.1 per cent when compared to 2022.
