With a coming solar eclipse in April, some schools are considering rescheduling a PA Day in the month.
This change in the day off for students revolves around so kids won’t be looking directly into the sun or heading home at the end of the day in the dark.
In an email with the Shoreline Classics newsroom, the Avon Maitland District Board is looking to public health for advice on the next move to make.
AMDSB students at this time have a PA day slotted for April 19th.
The solar eclipse is set for April 8th.
