Suspicious Vehicle Call Leads to Impaired Driving Charge

Grey-Bruce OPP are reminding drivers to always report any suspicious vehicle they see to police.

On February 7th just before 6:30pm, OPP received a report of a suspicious vehicle at a business on Berford Street in Wiarton.

When officers arrived and spoke with the driver he had been showing signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and taken in for further tests.

As a result the 42 year old from Georgian Bluffs was charged with Operation While Impaired. The accused was given a future court date this month in Owen Sound.
