Homes across Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound saw a small gain to kick into 2024.
The Realtors Association of Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound says 118 homes changed hands an increase of 3.5 per cent when compared to the same time last year.
The benchmark price of a home last month was up 5.4 per cent when compared to January 2023, a jump of $550,700.
Over the last five years, January 2024 was the largest number of new listings in the month with 264 new listings for January.
