Bluewater District School Board students enrolled in the Specialist High Skills Major Transportation program recently took part in a Tools in the Trades Bootcamp.
Highschool students at Owen Sound Secondary on March 21st alternated between in class and in the automotive shop for soft skills development and hands on learning.
Students from schools in Hanover, Flesherton and Meaford also took part in the bootcamp.
The event also opened up networking for the students for a potential co-op placement and open up the window for a future in trades.
