Saugeen Shores has received more local support towards the Lamont Sports Park.
A $10,000 from Miller Insurance comes as part of their 125th Anniversary celebrations.
Mayor Luke Charbonneau stating in a release they are grateful to have local businesses such as Miller Insurance step up the plate and help with further developing the Lamont Sports Park.
Phase 2 of the development is nearing completion with the accessible playground, central square, second parking lot and trail access from the west opening later this month.
Future years will include a maintenance facility, 200 seat pavilion and washroom facility.
