Two people have been charged stemming from a crash in 2021.
On December 18th 2021, South Bruce OPP responded to a call regarding a stolen vehicle in Kincardine.
While on patrol, officers saw the vehicle in question where it was abandoned, heavily damaged and involved in a crash.
A warrant was sought and granted for the forensic examination of the vehicle.
A driver was identified by police and a warrant for medical records was granted.
As a result two people were arrested on July 27th 2024.
A 29 year old man of Kincardine was charged with Operation While Impaired with a 50 year old woman of Kincardine charged with obstructing a peace officer.
Both will appear in court at a later date.
