Grey Bruce Public Health has issued another Opioid Alert with two fatal overdoses in the last week.
Public health says on top of the two deaths, there has been two non fatal overdoses in the last week which since July has now been 26 suspected drug poisonings.
Fentanyl is suspected substance these cases including one death.
Public health is urging those to have someone sober with them when using drugs or to call the National Overdose Response Service.
