The Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority is holding an open house later this month at the Durham Conservation Area.
The community is welcome to attend the open house on August 25th will visitors getting the chance to engage with nature and enjoy a day of relaxation at no cost to them.
A bbq lunch will also be provided from 12-1pm, the grand opening of the disc golf course at 1pm and going all day long will include scenic hikes and park exploration and can accommodate seasoned hikers or just casual strollers.
The SVCA will also provide information regarding winter camping with guided tours at 2pm and 3pm in the seasonal areas.
