The Canadian Mental Health Association of Grey-Bruce has opened up registration for the My Dad’s Group.
The group is a well established parenting program for men across Bruce and Grey which offers meetings in both Owen Sound and Hanover.
My Dad’s Group allows men the chance to connect with older dads and learn more about their children’s needs and how they change over time and to be the most supportive man they can be for their kids.
The program runs for 11 weeks in the evenings from 6-8:30pm and is free to attend and includes dinner.
The program has been around since the 1990’s and running consistently since that time.
Meetings in Owen Sound will start September 16th with Hanover’s on September 17th.
