Huron County OPP are investigating a serious assault which took place in Goderich back in August.
On August 31st one person was assaulted which led police to receiving information on the incident in September.
Police looked into the incident and arrested one person on October 12th with the 38 year old of Goderich charged with Aggravated Assault and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing where he was remanded into custody.
