Hanover Police are still investigating an assault which occurred on Sunday.
On November 17th at 6:15pm, a man was walking northbound on 11th avenue who entered the clock tower parking lot from Wow Wings and then assaulted another man in an unprovoked attack.
The suspect then walked away through Heritage Square.
The victim who is developmentally delayed lives in a group home was taken to hospital with facial injuries but released.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
