It was all green in monthly stats for the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors.
Homes sold across the region last month was 191 units, a massive jump of 44.7 per cent from October of 2023.
On a year to date basis, 1594 units were sold in the first 10 months of the year, an increase of 6.3 per cent from the same time last year.
The benchmark price of a home last month was set at $584,400 with the average price going for $656,970 another gain of 8.9 per cent from October last year.
There was also a sizable increase in new listings with 308 in October, a rise of 14.5 per cent.
