Enbridge Gas is showing their support to the Saugeen Shores Fire Department to improve on home safety and bring fire and carbon monoxide deaths down to 0.
The Saugeen Shores Fire Department has received 162 Kidde 10 year combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms with Safe Community Project Zero.
The program is done with the Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council to provide 14,500 alarms to residents in 75 communities across the province.
This year Enbridge Gas has invested $450,000 in the project with over 101,000 alarms given to Ontario Fire Departments over the last 16 years.
