After serving in local public education for 39 years, Lori Wilder is retiring as the Director of Education with the Bluewater District School Board.
Wilder who served in the director role for five years led systems around diversity, equity and inclusion while improving student outcomes in numeracy and literacy, fiscal responsibility of the boards resources and having a multi year strategic plan development among others.
Chair Jane Thomson says they are thankful to Lori and her four decades of unwavering leadership, commitment and service to the students, families and school communities in the area.
