The Special Investigations Unit is looking into a shooting by an officer in Seaforth.
On Friday at around 3:30pm, OPP were called about a man in distress with multiple officers responding to the scene.
One person shot the 26 year old man with an Anti-Riot Weapon Enfield, considered a less than lethal weapon.
The officer shot twice at the man who suffered non serious injuries.
The SIU says a knife is believed to in the incident.
