South Bruce OPP is holding a youth policing academy in March with applications now open.
The academy is open for students in grades 10-12 who live in Southern Bruce County and want to learn more about policing.
The program will be held Wednesday nights from 5-7pm starting March 5th and going until April 9th.
Topics will include general patrol duties, criminal investigations, canine service, emergency response and impaired driving investigations.
Applications can be found at the Kincardine and Walkerton OPP detachments and are due by February 20th.
