Drugs and Weapons Seized in Stop by Hanover Police

Hanover Police have arrested two people who failed to stop for police.

At 3:30am on Tuesday, police tried stopping a vehicle who fled from police but was later caught.

It was determined the driver was impaired by a drug with a quantity of fentanyl and methamphetamine being seized.

Police also seized weapons, cash and other items used in drug dealing.

A 37 year old man of Markdale and 40 year old woman of no fixed address were both charged and remanded into custody.
