The Lake Huron Coastal Centre’s Conservation Youth Corps program is making its return to Station beach in Kincardine this summer.
Going from July 11th-15th, the program is made for students aged 14-18 who are interested in preserving the environment with those taking part engaging in a week long program.
The focuses of the program is coastal habitat rehabilitation, water quality monitoring and protection and building a sustainable community.
Last year the program ran for the first time in Kincardine with 12 participants.
Registration is currently open though limited spots are expected to fill quickly.
