The County of Huron is recognizing National Volunteer Week which continues until April 26th.
The annual week of recognition honours the vital contributions of volunteers and the positive impact they make in the area.
Huron County Warden Jaime Heffer says volunteers are the heart of our communities with county council and staff sending their thanks to everyone who gives their time to support others.
Residents are encouraged this week to recognize and thank volunteers for the work they do as every volunteer helps make a difference.
