Goderich students from St Marys School got involved with a youth mental health event last week.
Dubbed Team Unbreakable, the students took part in a 2km fun run on June 5th, closing out a 8 week program with the Maitland Valley Health Team.
The program designed by Team Unbreakable is a non profit which promotes connection between physical and mental health.
The program was offered to students from grades 4-6 at St Marys School as a pilot with hopes to expand across other local schools.
