Huron Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson honoured six locals with King Charles III Coronation Medals.
The six were given the medals during a ceremony in Goderich. Jeff Cardiff, Ken Irwin, Julie Sawchuk, Duncan Hawthrone, Todd Thompson and Mary Ellen Zielman were among those receiving a medal.
Thompson in a release says the medals serve as a symbol of appreciation from the Crown for their continued commitment to improving the lives of those around them.
