A 35 year old doing burnouts in Brockton with kids in the car is facing charges.
On July 5th at around 5:08pm, South Bruce OPP on general patrol stopped a vehicle after it was seen doing burnouts and fishtailing on the roadway on Sideroad 10 South.
The officer approached the vehicle to find three young children were in the front passenger seat, none of which were secured by car seats or seat belts.
The 35 year old of Brockton has been charged with Stunt Driving and three counts of Driving with Child Passenger not Properly Secured.
