A 49 year old is facing a list of charges who’s become the third person charged in an ongoing property crime investigation.
Investigation this month on several break and enters and stolen property when a stolen Ford F650 U-Haul truck was found in Melancthon Township.
On July 16th two people were arrested after a report of a suspicious vehicle with a search of the truck finding tools and items linked to a break and enter in Meaford.
On July 17th police arrested a third person in connection to the theft.
A 49 year old of Fergus has been charged with three counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000, two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 and Possession of Break in Instruments.
The accused will appear in court next month.
