South Bruce OPP are investigating a case of arson in Arran-Elderslie.
On August 14th at around 5:16am, OPP and the Arran-Elderslie Fire & Emergency Services arrived at a home in Burgoyne for an active structure fire.
Police determined the blaze had been set off intentionally by someone who was still on scene.
The suspect was arrested without incident.
Charges are still pending as police continue to investigate the matter as an arson.
