A driver who was found asleep in traffic is facing charges.
On July 14th just after 3:30am, Huron County OPP received a report of a vehicle stopped in a live lane of traffic on Ontario Street in Clinton.
Officers noticed the driver was unresponsive behind the wheel and the vehicle running in gear.
Officers broke the window to get the vehicle in park and arrested the driver.
Breath samples taken found the driver to be over the legal limit.
As a result a 33 year old of Barrie was charged with Impaired Operation who will appear in court at a later date.
