Grey Highlands Fire has kept the support local with a donation towards the Beavercrest Breakfast Program.
The Markdale station made the $1000 donation to the program which was made possible from the recent pulled pork fundraiser.
The municipality says its the support from the community which has ensured local students can start their day with a health meal and with programs such as the Beavercrest Breakfast, it makes all the difference.
