Grey County is growing its award winning Supportive Outreach Service program coming from new funding from Health Canada and continued investment from Ontario West Health.
The expansion also means the SOS program will run seven days a week, marking a large boost to life saving harm reduction services and wraparound support for those experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges and substance use issues.
Kevin McNab, Director of Grey County Paramedic Services and SOS Co-Chair says the funding will allow them to reach people every day and provide the support they need to stay safe and healthy.
