Police say there won’t be any charges laid in the crash which claimed the lives of four students and a teacher from Walkerton District Community School back in May.
The crash which occurred near London involved an SUV, a transport truck and another SUV at the intersection of Thorndale Road and Cobble Hills Road.
Olivia Rourke, Danica Baker, Kaydance Lynne Ford, Rowan McLeod and Matthew Eckert were killed in the crash who were driving home from a softball tournament.
In an update on Tuesday, OPP Sergeant Ed Sanchuk said after a review of evidence they would not be laying any charges.
Police are not releasing anymore information on the matter.
