Grey County has awarded construction tender to Allen Hastings Limited for the new EarlyOn Child and Family Centre in Hanover.
This new facility will replace the current centre with a more modern, fully accessible building with an enhanced program space which better serves families and meets the growing needs of the community.
This comes as the current facility no longer meets operating needs due to aging infrastructure, limited parking and accessibility issues.
Grey County Warden Andrea Matrosovs says investing in our children’s early years is one of the most important things we can do as a community.
The tender was awarded at a cost of $1,928,129.
