A 34 year old is facing charges after a case of intimate partner violence.
On January 16th Huron County OPP investigated the matter which occurred in Morris-Turnberry.
As a result of investigation police learned the involved suspect had committed criminal acts against their partner.
The 34 year old of Central Elgin was charged with Forcible Confinement and two counts of Criminal Harassment.
The accused was released and will appear in court at a later date.
