The Special Investigations Unit has invoked its mandate following the arrest by Huron County OPP in Clinton.
On Tuesday at around 1:30am, an individual in custody went into medical distress and required attention.
The individual was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
With the SIU invoking its mandate, police will not be sharing further information on the matter.
