April marks Be a Donour month and the Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance is raising awareness on organ and tissue donation.
Across the province, thousands are waiting for life saving organ or tissue transplant and the healthcare alliance is encouraging those to register as donours.
One donour can save up to 8 lives while also enhancing 75 through tissue donation.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance also offers those to become a donour which can all be done online.
