Bruce County has been named as one of Southwestern Ontario’s Top 100 Employers for a second year.
The honour comes from Canada’s Top 100 Employers competition which assesses organizations on key criteria including workplace environment, work atmosphere, employee benefits, vacation polices, professional development and community involvement.
Jenn Robinson, Director of Human Resources says they are proud of the positive work culture they are cultivating and will continue to keep building on this momentum.
Bruce County’s reasoning for selection includes pregnancy, parental and or adoption leave top up and wellness benefits, defined benefit pension plan and retirement and workplace mental health programs and employee assistance resources.
